Mark Bluhm with Reliable Estate Sales made a very difficult time a little easier for our family. We recently used his service to clean out a home that a parent sold following a move to assisted living. He was professional, reasonable and sensitive to our situation. The home was left very clean far exceeding our expectations.

Mark has provided personal attention to all details and requests by our family. The estate buyout uniquely offered at Reliable, gave my 93 year old family member relief from the burden of parsing out a life of tings to various sale sites. It simplified the entire process and was done in a few weeks (in the less busy time of January). The house was cleared and reduced to be out on the market . They gave us a fair price and helped my family get our parent's house cleaned out in a matter of days. Even after they were finished, they helped me out by returning a very special item to me that I had overlooked, my wedding dress!

Mark and his team did a first rate job setting up, advertising and conducting the estate sale, including getting a couple tractors in good running condition. He is thoroughly knowledgeable, scrupulously honest and great to work with. The sale was a complete success and netted significantly more than I expected.

The thing is, we had the home emptied in only a few days, it was all straightened up and swept out when the team was finished packing, and that was that. The sale of our goods was in at off-site property owned by Reliable Estate Sales - not enough room at our house for the sale. The off-site was clean, secure, open, and easily accessible to potential customers. Much peace of mind during the whole process. Thanks, Mark and team.
